NNMF promotes excellence in the field of paediatric rehabilitation through activities focused on enhancing skills in professionals related to treating children with disabilities.

Hence it has been conducting activities like workshops for orthopedic doctors, rehabilitation professionals, therapists, occupational therapists, nurses etc.

It is engaged in creating trained support staff like nurses, orthoticians.

It is their hope that future generations affected by disabilities will have more knowledgeable medical practitioners, therapists and support staff, better prepared to provide needed care.

  • Oration at NARCAOOD, on, “Common paediatric orthopedic problems and their management”. in July 2013.
  • Surgical Workshop on "A Surgical insight in management of spasticity”, on 4 december 2015 during International Conference of COMHAD
  • Lecture on ‘Current trends in management of Cerebral Palsy – A team approach”, for P.G . students of occupational therapy and physiotherapy, at SVNIRTAR, Olatpur, Orissa, in July 2017
